I spent over a decade in regional corporate leadership across APAC — navigating complex organizations, cross-cultural teams, and high-stakes priorities, often without a roadmap. It took a series of professional and personal upheavals to force me to confront what I had long been avoiding: 

that sustainable success starts with getting to know yourself deeply & honestly.

That journey brought me here.

Serving the growing coaching community in Korea

Alongside my coaching practice, I serve as Korean–English interpreter for Co-Active Korea and Leadership Circle — supporting coaches and L&D professionals through core curriculum & certification courses respectively and helping bring two of the world's most respected leadership frameworks into Korean practice. 

These are some of the most meaningful hours in my work. Every cohort, I witness people encounter a new way of seeing leadership — and themselves. Being the bridge that makes that possible, bringing world-class frameworks into Korean context and helping the leadership development community in Korea expand their perspectives on conscious leadership, inner development, and what it truly means to create change from the inside out.
