About Joon

Joon is an executive coach, facilitator, and L&D consultant based in Seoul. She founded Mindesign in 2021 after 10+ years inside global organizations as a training and L&D leader, including Procter & Gamble in Seoul and Singapore and CXG (luxury retail training) across APAC.


She now partners with international coaching and leadership development firms delivering engagements across the region. As Lead Coach for LVMH Think Retail in partnership with Mastered, Joon spearheads the local deployment of a coaching program for senior store leaders. She also serves as a senior consultant and coach for Leadership Circle and EZRA Coaching, supporting leaders in luxury retail, banking, tech, and media across Korea, Singapore, and beyond.

Her practitioner background spans luxury retail, tech, financial services, industrials, and FMCG.
