ABOUT JOON

Joon is an executive coach, facilitator, and leadership development consultant with over 20 years of international experience in learning, leadership, and business development. Based in Korea, she partners with multinational organizations across Asia-Pacific and beyond to develop leaders who integrate strong business performance with deep self-awareness. A certified practitioner in Co-Active Coaching, Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan Assessments, and the Enneagram framework, Joon integrates evidence-based leadership frameworks with a Whole Person approach that develops both the “being” and “doing” of leadership. As founder of Mindesign Coaching & Consulting, she is passionate about empowering women leaders, and is known for designing reflective yet practical learning experiences that enable leaders to lead with clarity, courage, and impact. Her ongoing multi-year engagements include work with organizations such as LVMH, Netflix, Microsoft, and Ernst & Young.
