nni (no name initiative) Systemic Dialogue is a structured, research-based conversation process during which all participants practice deep understanding of all voices present in the system. It takes any group, whether a team, a community, or a leadership table, beyond surface conversation into genuine transformation.

THE PROCESS

A 2–4 hour process that moves your group through four distinct phases, from arrival to accountability.

01 - PAUSE

Step out of the day-to-day noise. Set the conditions for something real to emerge.

02 - DIALOGUE

Speak what's actually in the room and listen for what lives underneath. Speak with each other rather than at each other.

03 - SHIFT

A felt change in awareness and energy. New understanding becomes possible, often unexpected.

04 - ACT

Carry the shift into action. Each person leaves with a concrete commitment in the form of a decision, a stance, or a next step that wasn't visible before.

THE DEPTH

Three levels

of communication.

nni dialogues guide any group through three progressively deeper layers, which most facilitation never reaches.

CONTENT

The words, opinions, and positions on the surface. The level most conversations live, and end, at.


ENERGY / EMOTION

The feelings and tensions beneath the words. The energy that drives or blocks change.

The deepest layer, where new awareness, genuine shifts, and lasting transformation become possible.
