It not only sets you up for a balanced whole-person approach to managing your work and life, but studies have shown that a vision-driven operation tends to drive business more effectively and elicit higher performance from yourself and your team.

Part 1. The Reflection

This session focuses on celebrating all the wins and acknowledging your strengths while reflecting on the mistakes & shortcomings of 2024. You must clear your canvas with self-compassion before you start painting the picture, so to speak.

Part 2. The Values

This session explores the key aspirational values you want to honor in 2025 in your personal and professional lives. We'll explore how the values may inspire you or burden your plans and learn to exercise acceptance and surrender. (A desktop log-in is required to use the digital whiteboard)

Part 3. The Vision

You're now ready to create your vision! We'll create a holistic picture of your resonant productivity that includes key building blocks of your work and life in 2025. This is a version of yourself that fully embraces your values and, therefore, a look of resonant productivity. (A desktop log-in is required to use the digital whiteboard)
